DOVENET IMPLEMENTS THE PRESIDENT’S MALARIA INITIATIVE FOR STATES (PMI-S)

On the 13th of March, 2023, DOVENET began her implementation of the PMI-S project. The PMI-S staff visited selected facilities in the 4 LGAs of implementation (Afikpo South, Ishielu, Izzi and Ikwo LGAs respectively) to monitor health facilities on the areas of service delivery in malaria management, malaria in pregnancy as well as data management.
Some of the facilities visited include: MDGS Effiemgbabu, Ndieche HC, Iboko staff clinic, Nwanu HC, Opefia HC, MCH Echara HC, Obegu-Eleke HC, Cottage Hospital Agubia, Agbeyim HC, Ezzagu HC.
